		<description>Dear Latacha:

Dr. Berger has performed more than 7000 reversal procedures and is able to repair the tubes in 98% of cases. Although Medicaid does not cover any of the costs of reversal surgery, Chapel Hill Tubal Reversal Center does offer a pre-payment plan for patients who desire to make long-term payment arrangements. We also offer financing through MedChoice Financial. I would be happy to provide you with additional information on either option.

If you would like to forward the operative report from your tubal ligation to us, Dr. Berger will be glad to provide a free interpretation. This information can be obtained from the doctor or from the hospital where the surgery was done. You can fax the report to us at 919-967-8637.

<description>Hello, I had my tubes tied on October22,1999. I am getting remarried and my husband wants to have children with me. I want more kids. I don't have a clue on how to go about getting my tubes untied. Please send me information on how and the cost of the procedure. I would like to know if Medicaid will pay for the cost of the surgery. If there is a plan to pay monthly. Thank you for your time.
